Project presentation

The association A.N.A.I.S , (Association Nyonsaise d’Aide d’Insertion et de Solidarité) welcomed the creation of a giant and collective mural on the walls of its inner courtyard.
This work is the result of a participatory artistic work, bringing together people accompanied by the association around a common creative project.
Initiator and carrier of the project : Christian Havet

Each participant was invited to symbolically represent themselves through the features of an animal, chosen after a period of personal reflection. This approach allowed everyone to express a part of their identity, sensitivity and experience through metaphor and imagination. The fresco is part of a magical terrestrial universe, populated by plants and imaginary landscapes. A light source (right part) irradiates the composition, symbol of energy, transformation and hope. It is accompanied by the presence of blue Arcturian beings, benevolent and protective figures, evoking guidance, appeasement, and openness to new perspectives.

The realization of this work in the very premises of the association presents numerous benefits:
– Self-worth and self-esteem
Participating in visible and sustainable artistic creation allows participants to feel recognized, capable, and legitimate. Leaving a positive mark in their place of accompaniment strengthens self-confidence.
– Expression of identity and emotions
The use of the symbolic animal and the imaginary offers a non-verbal means of expression, accessible to all, promoting the exteriorization of emotions, forces and fragilities, in a safe setting.
– Strengthening of the social bond and the feeling of belonging
Collective work encourages mutual aid, listening and cooperation. The fresco becomes a common work, reflection of the group, reinforcing the feeling of belonging to a supportive community.
– Positive appropriation of places By transforming the walls of the courtyard, the participants reclaim the space of the association. It becomes more welcoming, inspiring and meaningful, contributing to daily well-being.
– Support for the reintegration process The artistic project is fully part of a reintegration process: it develops creativity, perseverance, and the ability to engage in a project and to go until its completion.

This fresco is thus much more than a decorative work: it constitutes a tool for personal and collective reconstruction, a visible symbol of the path traveled by the participants, and a message of hope permanently inscribed at the heart of the association A.N.A.I.S. Christian
