Shaping the face of the soul
We enter a circle. The blindfold marks the passage. The visible remains silent.
In this modeling ritual, guided by a Francis blind from birth, everyone is invited to place their gaze to listen differently. The eyes close to open an inner space, a subtle territory where the body remembers and where the hands know.
The wet earth rests between the palms like a living matter. It receives, it keeps, it transforms. In the blind, fingers explore the face, not to copy it, but to call it. Each contact becomes an invocation, each touch a trace of the present moment.
This face that we model is not that of the social mask. It is the face of the soul. The one who crosses ages, memories, metamorphoses.
The gesture becomes silent prayer. The repetition installs the gentle trance. The breath guides the form. In this suspended time, emotions can arise, images, ancient sensations. Everything is welcomed. The earth takes charge of what is liberated, what is revealed, what needs to be seen differently. When the band is removed, the face appears as a mirror: messenger, ally, sometimes stranger, always right. It bears the imprint of an inner journey, a passage, an encounter with oneself. This ritual is an offering to matter,
a listening of the body, a reconnection to the essence of our ‘density’.
